Overview

The Teen and Young Adult Coaching program is designed to help young people navigate the challenges of growing up and finding their place in the world. Through a series of one-on-one coaching sessions, participants learn practical tools and strategies to manage anxiety, find clarity, identify fears, and discover a path for the future.

The program is tailored to the client’s unique needs and goals, and focuses on building self-awareness, self-confidence, and resilience. Teens and young adults will learn how to set achievable goals, develop healthy habits, and cultivate a positive mindset.

This coaching program also emphasizes the importance of finding joy and balance in life, encouraging participants to explore their passions and interests. By increasing motivation and building a sense of purpose, clients will be better equipped to navigate the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood with confidence and resilience. Overall, this coaching program is designed to empower teens and young adults to take control of their lives, overcome obstacles, and achieve their full potential.

Life Coaching and Divorce Coaching

Life coaching is the foundation for all of the work that I do. Whatever the reason that clients come to me - a divorce, leaving a toxic relationship, a teen in need - I operate from a place of compassion and empathy to help them navigate this moment. We’ll work together to identify challenges, cultivate self-awareness, and set goals for the future, all personalized to their individual situation.  This deep work empowers clients to overcome the reason they came to me in the first place, and find peace and fulfillment in their life.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a therapeutic tool that has evolved out of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, and uses the brain-body connection to heal unprocessed trauma, anxiety, and stress. Somatic Healing

We’ve all heard the phrase “the body keeps score.” Trauma and emotional upheaval are stored in our bodies, and change us in a physical way. Somatic healing engages the body through a wide variety of techniques like breathwork, Brainspotting, meditation, and movement to process trauma and stress,
